Ainsworths has grown in stature to become established as one of the leading independent practices in the North West. Formed in 1974 by Mike Ainsworth and Chris Ridehalgh, the company has steadily expanded both its client base and its areas of expertise, to offer all the services you would expect from a progressive firm of chartered accountants. On 1st May 2005 Ainsworths started trading through a limited company, Ainsworths Limited. There are currently five directors, backed up by thirty team members.

Ainsworths' clients vary in size from the smallest sole trader to limited companies with turnovers in excess of £40 million. What does not vary is the level of commitment, professionalism and Director attention that is given to every client and every job. Whilst striving to achieve dynamic growth, we have endeavoured to retain the quality of our service allied with the personal touch that is essential to good business relationships.

Ainsworths work hand in hand with businesses from across the country in addition to various international companies. The majority of our clients are based in the North West. We have two offices in Lancashire, one in Nelson and one in Accrington. Both are within easy reach of the M65 and the rest of the North West.
